Nurukan Festival at Marunouchi's Nurukan Sato 🍶.
Toichi, Kusudama, Shinkame and...I think one more was Kido?
I thought the Shinkame had a dense sweetness like Japanese sweets! I was surprised at the taste I had never had before 😋!
Kusudama was very dry, and it was fun to compare them.
I also enjoyed the other sakes with the chicken shirato-yu oden🍢. The thickly seasoned Soboro (minced fish cake) served as a side dish is also delicious! It makes the sake go down a treat. Also, I'm glad the water was so cold...lol. It was very tasty!
