Tsuchida, where I got the impression that there are many unique sakes.
There were many kinds of sake, but I chose one I'd never tried before and drank it.

Alcohol 14%, Sake strength 0-3%, Rice polishing 60%, Rice is Asahi no Yume
Polishing ratio 60%, rice is Asahi no Yume
Sweet and sour and delicious.
Tsuchida 99
13% alcohol, -48% sake by volume
Polishing ratio 70%, rice is Asahi no Yume
I like it because it tastes like Kamikai Koji Masamashii.
The brewer said that our sake should be served at room temperature.
Some of them are good, but I don't buy them because I have an image that they are peculiar... but they are also quite expensive 🤔.
