I had a bottle of Shasoi no Yoake Junmai Daiginjo.
The nose has a fruity, apple-like ginjo aroma with a gorgeous fragrance. It's been 3 months since I bought it, but it still smells as good as ever 😊.
In the mouth, there is a juicy sweetness that is typical of the dawn of Shasai, but when it breaks off, you don't feel much bitterness, but it breaks off cleanly. It's still delicious 😊This one was the most popular of the four bottles we opened this time! It was almost empty immediately~ (lol) *Please refer to the photo~!
