Purchased at a roadside station in front of Mihama Station.
It does not have much of an aroma, but if you smell it carefully, you can sense something faintly like a ginjo aroma.
In the mouth, you can taste the umami flavor, and it disappears with a hint of bitterness. The bitterness lingers for a long time.
A refreshing sake. It fits the image of spring!
