The sweetness, like Wasanbon, is gooey and flows with a strong sense of bitterness.
On the second day, the aroma and sweetness were like grapefruit, and the bitterness was suppressed.
A delicious taste that does not feel alsobeyed.
Perhaps because it has a high alcohol content (18%) for honkin, the bitterness of alcohol was strongly felt when the bottle was first opened, but after the second day, it became rounder and mellower.
I thought it was an unusual label for a honkin, but when I bought it, it turned out to be a honjozo with an "unusual ❗️" 👀.
