I was really looking forward to it because it sold out quickly at the sake shop.
I've always liked wine, but this is like a combination of wine and sake, with a nice flavor and a clean aftertaste. It is very delicious.
The moment you put it in your mouth, you can feel the flavor. It doesn't feel like it lingers in your throat at all, and you don't even feel the alcohol after it goes down your throat. I'd like to try the other yeast ver.
