So I got back on track and went to Abehachi Sake Shop
My first sake from Ibaraki!
It was recommended to me by my brother who works at a restaurant.
I heard the shop owner recommend it as cheap and delicious.
I listened to it quietly on the side.
So, I bought it.
The aroma is a faint scent of rice.
After all, it is freshly squeezed!
When you take a sip
It has a sweet taste which is different from the fruity taste.
I don't mind the sweetness at all.
The aftertaste is the lactobacillus flavor of Kouyoungiku.
It is recommended for those who feel that Kouei Kiku is too much.
As the shop owner says
It's the best cospa!
I'd like to try the other ones too.
