Almost transparent, slight yellow tinge, pear, apple, cotton candy, golden osmanthus, yellow flowers, graininess with a hint of coarseness, clear astringency, a hint of sweetness and acidity, well balanced with thickness, acidity and soft fullness on the back palate with a plump and long finish. The aftertaste is long and fluffy. It is moderately powerful and has a certain elegance. Keiryu, a good sake.
