Michisakari春出し生 純米大吟醸 超辛口
Danchan
The aroma is not that pervasive.
As it is claimed to be super dry, it is indeed crisp on the palate, with sweetness and flavor spreading in the mouth. It leaves a dry aftertaste in the throat. On the other hand, if you ask me if it is a Junmai Daiginjo, I can't say. Perhaps we are living in an age where the rice polishing ratio is no longer the benchmark for sake quality and taste.
