I found and bought the Session series, which is one of the hardest instruments to find ✨.
Since the theme of the Session series is to take on new challenges, I wondered what kind of unprecedented taste it would have, but contrary to my expectations, it was a gentle sake without being flashy☺️.
The flavor of the rice, sweetness, and a slight bitterness spread softly and flowed without any miscellaneous tastes. The aroma in the nose is sweet and sour like strawberries 🍓 as the label says.
No surprises, but I found it to be one of the more elegant and consistently delicious sakes on the instrument😊.

The color is unfiltered but almost clear. The aroma is relatively strong, with a sweet smell like a banana at the beginning of its ripening. When you take it into your mouth, the flavor and sweetness are gentle, and the sourness spreads as if chasing after it. The aroma that passes through the nose is sweet and sour, similar to strawberries. It has a solid taste with a richness, but it is elegant and has a high degree of transparency, so it is not tiring to drink. The aftertaste is short.
