ちのThis is a cloudy sake with a lot of lees in it. The aroma is sweet, but the taste is sour, like drinking yogurt. The alcohol content is 18%, so it is very strong.
It has a strong flavor, so it is difficult to pair it with rice. It doesn't interfere with rice, but I couldn't find the best match. However, it went very well with the rice part of nodoguro gohan (rice with nodoguro). So it goes well with takikomi gohan. It is delicious.
