This sake is brewed with Kawazu-zakura yeast and has a cute pink label.
The aroma is modest but gorgeous, and when you put it in your mouth, the sweet taste spreads and the aftertaste stays in your mouth for a while. It is a very well-balanced sake, but those who like flamboyance may find it uncomfortable.
It goes well with soy sauce-based dishes with a strong flavor, such as braised pork or chicken chashu.
I like it rather a lot.
