Refreshing sake. It has a fresh, raw-like flavor, even though it has been fire-brewed once. It's straightforward without any off-flavors. I already fell in love with the label at first sight and bought it at a liquor store as a souvenir of my trip to Sendai! Gentle taste but high alcohol content๐
