ヤスベェ
The second Japan Challenge was in Shizuoka Prefecture.
I decided to try Shizuoka's Isojiman.
I used to drink junmai (pure rice) style sake because I like the flavor of rice in sake, but this time I tried Isojiman's honjozo.
I felt a little sad because I could not taste much rice flavor.
I think this sake is very easy to drink and you can drink it as much as you want, but next time I would definitely like to try the junmai type.
