Today, I drank a Gekkeikan from Kyoto Prefecture.
One of Gekkeikan's particular selections.
Purchased at Aeon Liquor Shop in Kakamigahara City.
The aroma is a nutty ginjo aroma.
It is dry, so the sweetness is moderate. However, the sweetness of the rice lingers in the aftertaste as the umami flavor is asserted from the first sip.
