Usually, the area is about half full of blossoms, but thanks to the weather, it was just right on time for the cherry blossoms to be in full bloom! And at the next resting point, Hakurakusei Jundai. The husband here is also a Ujiko, and although he is now a gofuda (talisman) turner, he used to be a senior lion dancer. Every year, his wife prepares kakuni (stewed cubes), boiled eggs, and delicious stewed chicken wings, and they are waiting for us. The aroma is mild, with a refreshing sweetness and flavor. No matter what it is paired with, it always goes down a treat. It is the ultimate food sake. Of course, it is also the best seasoned with KAKUNI (square simmered vegetables).
