The first aroma is slightly acidic.
In the mouth, there is a slight acidity like that of a sake yeast yeast yeast, and a moderate sweetness.
It has a smooth umami taste and finishes smoothly.
It is a dry sake with a modern flavor that is completely different from that of Yuma.
It was quite delicious 🍶✨.
