Tetorigawa neo, made from 100% Omachi in Okayama, is a refreshing sake with a light, fresh taste that is not as voluminous as one would expect from Omachi. The aroma is sweet with a hint of banana, and the taste is sweet and slightly carbonated. Personally, I would like to see a little more density and Omachi character.
