Perhaps because it had not been stored properly, the second fermentation was going on inside the bottle and the lid blew off.
Fortunately, nothing was broken and the contents did not overflow, but it was a good lesson for me to realize that this can happen if you are not careful.
It tasted like a sparkling wine with the sweetness of rice, and with a good amount of shwash, it was irresistibly delicious.
The snacks were pork patties, aged cured ham, fresh shirasu, and boiled garland chrysanthemum and enoki mushrooms.
It goes well with both meat and light Japanese food.
