Denshin Haru Junmai Ginjo Namazake
A sweet aroma that can be recognized from the Kamidachi fragrance.
In the mouth, it has a fresh taste like a peach and different from fruity... it also has a sweetness somewhat like sugar.
It is a soft and sweet sake on the palate, but it is not overpowering because of the raw sake character and the acidity that completes the taste.
The alcohol stimulates the tongue as well.
Ingredients:Rice(Domestic), Rice malt(Domestic)
Rice polishing ratio: 55%.
Alcohol content: 17%.
