Ruka Hatsushiboromi Orikagarami Nama
This is my first brand. I have always wanted to drink Ruka. The pink Ruka is well-known, but it had an alcohol content of 10 degrees, so I had passed over it. ←I am a sake drinker.
The aroma is slight. In the mouth, it is light and has more sweetness than sourness. I think this taste is similar to the sake made with Ogawa yeast from Ibaraki. I really like this type. It is very easy to drink and dangerous because it is slightly sweet and light with no hint of alcohol.
