Aroma like old sake. It has a traditional peculiar taste, but it is not too spicy and surprisingly mild to drink. It is not at all like the fresh, fruity sake that is popular, but you can taste the flavor and richness of the rice. The sake itself is very impressive, so it is best served with white meat fish. It is a very drinkable sake and can be enjoyed on its own, but the first sip may seem too strong.
