The grapeiness in the mouth is outstanding! It is a delicious sweet ♩ It has a rich flavor, kind of full-bodied, and seems to have a deep sweetness. The rice used was Kame-no-o. The image I personally had of Kame-no-o has been dispelled. Until now, I had thought it would be a more bitter sake with restrained sweetness.
