しんしんSY
This is the regular version Yonetsuru Junmai Dry Shiboritate Nama that we had at this store the year before last.
This is a fresh new sake, but I drank the nigori in one small glass, and this one lightly in one small glass.
They are so different that they should not be compared 🍶.
knowledge
This is a "Shiboritate" sake made from "Dewa Sanba" and "Dewa Kirari" sake rice harvested in the fall and grown by local sake rice farmers in Takahata-machi, Yonesuru's hometown. The sake rice is carefully polished to a milling ratio of 65% using Yonesuru's high-precision rice milling machine. This is the first "Shiboritate Nama Sake" of the season from the Yonezuru production team, which has won countless awards.
