Fukumitsuya, Kagatobi Junmai Ginjo
When I wanted to drink Hokuriku sake, I saw Fukumitsuya's Kagatobi here and there.
It is a delicious sake with a sweetness that enhances the taste of the accompaniments, while the ginjo aroma is well pronounced without an alcoholic smell!
The rice is from Nagano and Hyogo.
