This is the second sake I bought at Nihon-ya, and although I have been drinking a lot of Kangiku, this is my first time drinking it. I've been drinking a lot of Kangiku, but this is the first time I've had it.
It is sweet and tasty as Kangiku should be, but it is also juicy and very tasty. It is no wonder that there are people who say this is the best. Is the secret behind the blending of sake rice? I don't know the difference between sake rice and chrysanthemum rice, so I can't say;
The next Kangiku is a new one called "Kotobukinmu," and I am looking forward to it because I have been told that it will be on hold for a while 😋.
