Juyondai中取り純吟 播州愛山
まつちよ
The last drink at Gastronomic Sake Boutique Ruyi was Jyushiyo 🍶.
The first aroma is elegant and fruity.
In the mouth, it has an elegant sweetness, umami and richness that is typical of Aizan.
Jyushidai is always delicious.
I wonder if they let me buy it once in a while: 😮💨
The third picture is Asukadera Temple, the oldest temple in Japan built by Soga Umako (but the building was burned down and rebuilt in the Kamakura period).
The fourth picture is Japan's oldest Great Buddha statue in Asukadera Temple (also restored after a fire).
