Made with Koshihikari rice from Namie town.
The taste is soft rice sweetness with a firm bitterness that finishes the flavor.
It's good enough in its current state, but I think it would be even better if it was left for a while or heated up.
I read in this year's dancyu that you are going to make sake again in Namie town, and I was really looking forward to it!
If I see it again, I will buy it and hope I can support it in some way!
