Gozenshu was the first sake brewed with Bodeshimoto before Nara.
It has a good flavor and acidity. The acidity does a good job, and it is slightly dry and cuts through the bottle cleanly.
It is described as modern, but in my opinion, it has a slightly classical impression and is delicious even when heated.
