Today, I opened a bottle of this sake that I had purchased and kept in stock.
It is an unfiltered, unfiltered, pure Yamadanishiki special junmai sake, which is my favorite of the Genmai brand.
Last year I was not able to purchase it due to a lack of luck, but this year I was lucky enough to purchase it twice.
As I mentioned in a previous update, it has a delicious flavor of rice, sweetness, and just a hint of bitterness. And the price is reasonable.
If I can purchase this sake again next year, I will definitely buy it.
