I was curious about this sake because it had been on the shelf at a liquor store since last month, but when I visited on Saturday, there were still some left, so I bought it. It is not light and mellow, but it cuts through quickly. I thought it was a nama-shu, but it was a normal sake that had been heated.
There seems to be a junmai nama sake available, so if I have a chance, I'll buy it ^ ^.
