けいけいThe standing aroma is apricot and tangerine? Nuance. The cute sweetness and mouthfeel of the aroma as it is, and the acidity and gasiness at the back end, brewed with white malted rice, give it an exquisite balance.
It was my favorite of all the Saga sakes I tasted. Budding and SPRING SUN were also delicious.
I had the impression that the sweetness remained a little after the bottle was opened and the gassiness was gone, but it might have been better if it was warmed up to lukewarm.
