I took it to a cherry blossom viewing party and found it to be a very good sake that goes well with food.
The aroma is not so strong and refreshing on the palate, but when you drink it, it has a surprising acidity and sharpness. It is ideal as a food sake!
It goes well with grilled mackerel. You could drink it endlessly.
