It's been a super long time since I've had a Junmai Ginjo Hiyoroshi from Kikusui Shuzo. I have the impression that I used to buy this sake in the fall and winter when I first started getting into sake. Now that I have tasted a variety of sake, it has fallen somewhat out of my range of preference. Of course, it is tasty, but it has no aroma, no umami or richness as the indicator suggests, and the feeling of alcohol stands out and it seems to be sharp or dry. On the second day, it may be deterioration, but overall it is milder.
