A black heaven from Amami.
60% polished rice with yeast #701.
Of all the wines we compared, this one seemed to be the most distinctive.
It has a gorgeous aroma, lightness of mouthfeel, and a freshness that makes it easy to drink even though the bottle has been open for a long time.
It was the best tasting of all the wines we drank without food.
