Akishika純米吟醸 無濾過 原酒
くろりん
My first sake from Osaka.
The aroma is sweet and elegant, as is typical of ginjo-shu.
On the other hand, it has a robust, deep grain flavor in the mouth.
We enjoyed it with grilled salt-crusted swordfish and a bowl of rice topped with tuna and chirimen-jako (dried young sardines).
