Aizumusume上汲み 生貯蔵 土産土法の酒
酔nosuke
Aizu Musume: This is a souvenir-domesticated sake freshly stored that I purchased when I stopped by Aizu Wakamatsu on my way home for the Obon holiday.
There is almost no standing aroma, but a hint of muscat spreads at first, and the spiciness and bitterness gradually emerge with the umami of rice. The last part is sharp and spicy with a nice sharpness.
Although we thought it was a dry sake, it is slightly sweet with a numerical value of -2 degrees. However, the alcohol content is 17 degrees, making it an excellent sake to drink! It is a powerful umashi sake 👊.
