Alcohol content: 15%.
Rice Polishing Ratio: 59
Rice used: 100% Miyamanishiki produced in Suwa, Shinshu
Honkin, Hiyoroshi, has been opened!
When we visited the brewery in September, the hiyaoroshi was about to be released.
It was brewed in March and released in September.
The mild, light sweetness and acidity are well balanced and delicious. I served it cold today, but it also looks delicious heated.
I plan to visit Suwa and Gamagori in November.
I want to drink the Gokuraku set of the five breweries tour this time 😆.
