My partner said, "I don't think it's Tajima sake if I didn't see the package.
Even after drinking it for an hour, it still has a bubbly feeling to it, and it's really like cider.
It's so strong and puffy and stimulating that I don't really get a sense of the sake, and the sweetness, umami, and sourness that I've always felt is an afterthought.
I'm not getting any comments on the sake.
Well, I just realized that they add "carbon dioxide" to the sake in addition to the naturally fermented gas. It's the first time I've ever seen a sake with carbon dioxide gas in its ingredients.
