I had a drink with a long-time business associate. It's nice to be able to drink in a relaxed atmosphere, and it's fun to have a selection of 4-gallon bottles to choose from. They didn't have the Tatekawa I was looking for, so I went with a sake from Yamagata. It was delicious.
