チャーリーたぬき
This is the third bottle in the Aeon Junmai Daiginjo Series Tri.
It is neither sweet nor dry, but "umami".
This mild sake is brewed with Aomori rice "mashigura" and brewing water from the Oirase water system. It becomes sweeter when well chilled.
The more you drink it, the more gently sweet it becomes.
They say it goes well with avocado and shrimp salad or white fish carpaccio, but we didn't have such stylish snacks 😆😆.
