Momogawa Ginjo-Junmai Sake made with wine yeast
After a long search
I finally found it.
For me, it's a fantastic sake.
The first sip is so fruity that it could be mistaken for white wine
From the second sip, you can feel the sake.
Sourness compared to other sake
The taste is reminiscent of Shinmasa.
It tastes great cold, but it also tastes great on the rocks 😄,
but it is also a delicious sake on the rocks😄.
