When I hear the word "bag suspension," I'm already excited about it. I prepared a glass and drank it. Drinking it in a thin one goes so well with it!
It smells fresh and sweet, and is still gorgeously sweet on the palate. But when it is cooled down, even the sweetness goes away with a nice sharp taste! It goes best with sashimi and chicken sashimi. When it is warmed up, the sweetness mellows out, but it is best when served with rich tofu and other dishes.
Eh. I like it very much, especially for the first glass, I think it's the strongest!
