It's been a long time since I've had "Eiko Fuji".
It's been a while since I had a glass of "Eiko Fuji" at the all-you-can-drink sake bar Tokutouseki in Fuchu.
The rice used was Sake Mirai, Junmai Daiginjyo, and the sake was unfiltered, raw and unblended.
I want to drink it again.

Good morning, shogot1978. I am a fan of Eiko Fuji (though I have only had 6 brands) and this refreshing label. I have never seen it but I would like to try it. I'd like to try it 🤤.

Good evening, and thank you for your comment! Sake Mirai is the sake rice of Jyushiyo, so expectations are high! It doesn't seem to be difficult to obtain, so by all means! 😉 😉

Thank you shogot1978. There is a sake shop that used to send rice from Kumamoto to Eiko Fuji to make sake, so I will ask them about it. I like Fuji Sake Brewery, which is connected to Kiyomasa Kato in Kumamoto (his descendant was exiled after being exiled and his descendant is the brewer).
