I tried something a little different.
Sure, it is hardly orthodox, but it is certainly sake.
It is a good combination of sake and white wine.
From the first sip, there is a nice aroma of ginjo and a floral aftertaste, but the aftertaste is clear and disappears like water.
I think this would go well with pasta and cheese.
I had it with sautéed pork, and it was very tasty and cleared up the fat.
