KumakichiMore than 20 years ago,,, the first sake I drank at a Japanese restaurant that tasted good was Urakasumi..., I came across a boxed high-spec Daiginjo from Urakasumi, so I gave it a try! Urakasumi Daiginjo EXTRA It's been a while since I've had it, but it's still delicious! It has a different taste from the light, low-alcohol sake that I like to drink these days! The sweetness and flavor of EXTRA, which has been aged slowly at low temperature, blooms in the second half of the bottle when it comes back to room temperature, rather than at room temperature, giving it a robust flavor! Rice polishing ratio: 40% (100% Yamadanishiki) Alcohol content: 16%.
