After work, I went to a kappo restaurant with a food-related person.
We enjoyed boiled parsley with roots, oyster nameko (nameko mushroom), and simmered ankimo (dried sea bream).
Fruity, not too spicy and crisp.
It was the perfect sake to go with the delicious food!
