The nose has a dark, sweet and gorgeous aroma of melon and white peaches. When you drink it, you can taste the sweetness and bitterness at the same time, and it is nicely balanced with the chili sensation on the tongue.
I liked it better after a few days than right after opening the bottle, as it seems to be more balanced. It is a sake to be enjoyed by itself rather than with a meal.

Purchased at Ishikawa Sake Shop.
I was a little hesitant when I bought it because it is not cheap for home drinking, but it was a very satisfying sake.
