Last week at Nishizawa Sake Shop in front of Naoetsu Station.
It is a limited edition sake for Niigata Prefecture, with only 2,000 bottles available. I thought Yukinubai was the only sake that stuck to sweet heated sake without pandering to the times, but I was wrong. I was told that Souin has been on sale since last year.
No one can tell from the bottle that it is Yukichubai.
Well, let's open the bottle. Clear and modern, with just a hint of Yukichubai in the aftertaste.
