Nigori sake.
Creamy and smooth. It is sweet. The slight spiciness brings the whole thing together nicely. Sake that should be drunk chilled. Sake that should be drunk chilled. It is a good nigori sake.
Since the name says "on the rocks", I drank it on the rocks with ice.
It's nice and summery.
